Autumn Fishel, Founder & CEO. The idea for Aegis & Momentum was born out of a personal commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals in need of housing. As someone who has personally experienced the challenges of finding affordable, stable living arrangements, I understood the critical role that a strong support system and safe environment play in helping individuals overcome life's obstacles. After years of observing the gaps in affordable housing and the specific needs of various communities, I decided to create Aegis & Momentum to fill those gaps.
