Supportive Transitional Housing

We offer fully furnished homes for adults seeking stability, recovery, or a new start. Each resident has shared access to kitchens, laundry, and living spaces, and the security of knowing utilities and maintenance are handled.

Our homes are designed to feel like home from day one. We intentionally create an environment where residents can breathe, reset, and focus on what’s next — not just what went wrong.

Structure and Accountability

Structure builds freedom. Each A&M home operates with clear expectations that help residents develop daily routines and healthy habits.

House Managers live on-site and help guide day-to-day operations, keeping the house organized and consistent. Residents are encouraged to take responsibility for their space, their progress, and their choices, all while having the support of a team that genuinely cares about their success.

Community and Peer Support

We believe in the power of shared experience — that what we can’t do alone, we can do together.

Residents eat meals together, talk through challenges, celebrate wins, and hold each other accountable. Many describe our homes as the first place they’ve felt both respected and supported in a long time.

Resource Connections

A&M partners with trusted local organizations to ensure every resident has access to the tools they need to succeed. We work alongside providers to connect residents to:

• Case management and counseling
• Employment and vocational training
• Medical and mental health care
• Life skills and budgeting support

We don’t try to do everything under one roof. Instead, we make sure every resident knows where to turn and who to call when they need help.

Every resident comes to A&M with their own story and goals. Some are saving for independent housing, some are maintaining sobriety, some are reconnecting with family, and others are learning how to build a new kind of normal.
